At Piercing Sun Consulting (PSC), we help organizations turn ambitious strategies into measurable results. We work with partners to strengthen implementation, deepen adoption, and demonstrate the value their technologies, programs, and initiatives create.

Founded by Dawn Rennick, Ph.D., PSC draws on more than 35 years of experience across technology, financial services, healthcare, public, and nonprofit sectors. Dawn began her career at Apple Computer at the forefront of a technology revolution that fundamentally changed how organizations worked, competed, and served their customers and society.

Throughout her career, Dawn has led complex transformations grounded in the ethical and responsible use of technology. Her experience has shaped a core PSC belief: successful implementation requires people, technology, and strategy to work together.

PSC brings that same systems perspective to business performance, social progress, and environmental stewardship. We help partners build the capability to implement change successfully, create enduring value, and strengthen the communities they serve.
