Accessibility
Accessibility is part of implementation quality.
Piercing Sun Consulting aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the practical technical benchmark for an inclusive, ADA-aligned web experience.

Our accessibility approach
This site is designed with semantic landmarks, logical heading levels, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, responsive reflow, reduced-motion support, descriptive links, labeled forms, clear validation messages, and meaningful alternative text.
Conformance goal
Our goal is WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance. We use automated testing together with keyboard navigation, browser zoom, text-spacing and mobile checks, form validation review, and screen-reader-oriented inspection. Automated scans alone cannot confirm complete accessibility, and this statement is not a guarantee of permanent legal compliance because content and technology change over time.
Known limitations
The Google Calendar scheduling experience is provided by a third party and may not behave consistently with every browser or assistive technology. The downloadable 2023 Impact Report is an older, untagged PDF; key findings and detailed infographic descriptions are provided in accessible HTML on the Impact page. Contact us if you need any site content or document in another format.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need help completing a task, or need content in another format, email dawn@piercingsunconsulting.com (opens your email application) or use the Piercing Sun contact form. Please include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, and the assistive technology or browser involved if you are comfortable sharing that information.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is reviewed as the site changes. We prioritize reported barriers and use the findings to improve templates, content, forms, downloadable resources, and third-party integrations.
